Regarding Dearness Allowance and Medical Allowance to Pensioner Family Pensioner which are forgien citizen
ਆਪਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਵੱਲ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ/ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ ਜੋ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਨੂੰ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ/ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ, ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਭੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਭੱਤੇ ਦੇਣ ਜਾਂ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਧੀਨ ਸੀ।
2. ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ/ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ ਜੋ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਸਿਕ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ/ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਓਲਡ ਏਜ ਅਲਾਂਉਂਸ (old age allowance) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਿਲਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ, ਪਰੰਤੂ ਬੇਸਿਕ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ/ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ/ਓਲਡ ਏਜ ਅਲਾਉਂਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਮਿਲਣਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਜ/ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਭੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਖਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਣਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
3. ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਨ-ਬਿੰਨ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
