Instructions regarding 6th Punjab Pay Commission Arrear

1 ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਉਕਤ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੇਠ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਮੁੱਦਿਆ ਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਮੰਗੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ iHRMS ਵਿਚ 6ਵੇ ਪੇਅ ਕਮੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਏਰੀਅਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ:-

i. Registering of Retired Employee in iHRMS.

ii. Processing Arrear and Nominee Mapping for Deceased Employee in iHRMS/IFMS.

iii.  Processing Arrear for Exited Employees in iHRMS.

iv. Deputation Outside HRMS and Pay Fixation Calculation.

V. Rectification in Notional Pay Fixation Due to Court Case.

2. ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ iHRMS ਪੋਰਟਲ ਵਿਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਹੀ ਉਕਤ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਪਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰੰਤੂ ਫੇਰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ User Manual ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੀ।

ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਲਿਖਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਿਤੀ 14.12.2022 ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਮੋਡਿਉਲ ਨੂੰ ਐਚ.ਆਰ.ਐਮ.ਐਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ user manual ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਵਿਰਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਸਵੈ-ਇਛੁੱਕ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਕੇਸ IHRMS ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਏ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਮੋਡਿਊਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਮਹਾਲੇਖਾਕਾਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਭੇਜਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮਹਾਂਲੇਖਾਕਾਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਰਿਟਾਇਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਈ-ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਓ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। I

2. ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਿਤੀ 01.04.2023 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਹਾਂਲੇਖਾਕਾਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਫਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮੈਨਉਲ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਕੇਸ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਚ.ਆਰ.ਐਮ.ਐਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਬੁੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਕੇਸ ਭੇਜਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਔਕੜ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ।

3. ਉਕਤ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜੇਕਰ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਮੇਡਿਉਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਔਕੜ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ IHRMS ਦੀ ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਆਈ.ਡੀ (support-hrmspb@nic.in) ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਐਚ.ਆਰ.ਐਮ.ਐਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤੀ "submit query" ਦੀ ਆਪਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਐਚ.ਆਰ.ਐਮ.ਐਸ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।

Automation of updation of Bank Account details of Employees through Integrated Human Resource Management System (iHRMS) & Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS)- regarding

Please refer to this office letter No. 4565-70, dated 01-07-2020 titled "ਨਿਊ ਆਈ.ਐਫ.ਐਮ.ਐਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੀ.ਡੀ.ਓ ਅਤੇ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਮਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਸਟੈਂਡਰਡ ਉਪਰੇਟਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੀਜਰ (ਐਸ.ਓ.ਪੀ)" whereby detailed guidelines w.r.t common grievances/issues in IFMS were issued.

2. The SoP amongst interalia, contained guidelines w.r.t updation of bank account details of employees through the mail procedure at Para A "Updation of Bank details of beneficiaries". The department has, in the meanwhile, automated the entire process whereby the employees can themselves initiate the updation of their bank account through their iHRMS login.
