Non Graduate Clerk Salary
The following letters and notifications regarding Salary of Non Graduate Clerk who joined service on or after 17-07-2020 in various departments of Punjab Government will be applicable.
Finance Personnel 1 Branch, Department of Finance, Government of Punjab Letter No. 7/42/2020-5FP1/741-746 Dated 17-07-2020 and Finance Personnel-1 Branch, Finance Department, Government of Punjab vide letter No: FD-FP-10PYSC/9/2023-3FP1/166-171 dated 27-06-2023 states that An Employee who entered into service on or after 17-07-2020 The pay scale of the 7th Central Pay Commission will be applicable to the employee on the pattern of the Central Government and after successfully passing the probationary period, the employee will be eligible to receive allowances as per the other government employees of the Punjab Government i.e. the employee will get the allowances as per the 6th Punjab Pay Commission.
If Non Graduate Clerk joins government service on or after 17-07-2020 then he will get only basic pay of Rs.29200/- per month during 03 years of probation as per 7th Central Pay Commission. After successfully passing the probationary period, the Non Graduate Clerk will be eligible for Medical Allowance, Mobile Allowance, HRA (House Rent Allowance), CCA (City Compensatory Allowance), Conveyance Allowance etc. Non Graduate Clerk Salary will be as per below.

Mid Day Meal (MDM) Scheme is a flagship programme of the Central Government of India which is implemented in association with the State Government. Under the scheme pre primary, primary class (I-V) students and upper primary class (VI-VIII) students of Government and Government Aided schools are served Mid Day Meal (MDM) in the school. Cook-Cum-Helpers have been provided in every Govt. and Govt. Aided Schools to cook nutritious and delicious food for the children.
Main Objectives of the Scheme
- To increase enrollment retention and to tone up the learning abilities of the beneficiaries, especially of the children belonging to poor and down trodden sections of the society.
- To provide nutritious meal to the school going, children to achieve the goal of healthy mind in healthy body.
- To promote friendship and feeling of common brotherhood among the children belonging to different Caste, Color and Creed.

The 'Mid-day meal Scheme' was first introduced in 1956 by Tamil Nadu's Government. The aim was to reduce the school dropout rate as well as increase school enrollment by providing free meals.
