NOTIFICATION

The 11th July, 2025

No.G.S.R.123/Const./Art.309/Amd.(6)/2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules, further to amend the Punjab Educational (Teaching Cadre) Group C Service Rules, 2018 namely:-

RULES

1.(1) These rules may be called the Punjab Educational (Teaching Cadre) Group C Service (Second Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Punjab Educational (Teaching Cadre) Group C Service Rules, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in Appendix 'A', after Serial Number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial Number and entries shall be added, namely:-.......................
