I have been directed to invite your attention to the instructions issued by Finance Department vide No.8/1I2003-SFB1I921, dated:09.0S.2017 and no. 8/112003-SFB 111126, dated:06.06.20 17 on the subject noted above.
2. It was requested to carry out rationalization of the staff within a period of one month to ensure that no official/officer is' working at the moment at any other place than that of the sanctioned post. The Drawing and Disbursing Officers of all departments/offices were requested to record a certificate to this effect on the bills of salary and wages to be presented to the treasury. Some of the departments have requested to extend the date for the implementation of these instructions as rationalization may take some time.
3 In view of above, the Finance Department agrees to the extension of period of implementation of these instructions and, therefore, the above instructions may now be ensured to be implemented by 31st July, 2017. The Drawing and Disbursing Officers shall now record the required certificate on the bills of salary and wages to be presented to the treasury for the month of July, 2017.
4. Compliance of Finance Department instructions may please be ensured.
