Punjab Services (Medical Attendance) Rules 1940 - Definition of Family

ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਗਸ਼ਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: 12/97/93- 5ਸਿ5/9495 ਮਿਤੀ 17-3-94, ਵੱਲ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਖਰਚ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ-ਪੂਰਤੀ ਲਈ "ਪਰਿਵਾਰ" ਦੀ ਪਰਿਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਖਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਪੂਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ । ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਵਿਚਾਰਨ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ਼ "ਪਰਿਵਾਰ" ਦੀ ਪਰਿਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਚੇ/ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ, ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਦੋ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ।

2. ਇਹ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰ.ਵਿ.ਪੱ. ਨੰ :8/142/93-5ਵਿ ਖ-2/5217, ਮਿਤੀ 20-2-95 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ।
