I have been directed to refer to Finance Department's instruction no.
No. FD-FP-203(SPPY)/5/2021-5FP2/I/248148/2021 Dated 14-09-2021 and instruction No. FD-FP-203 (SPPY)/4/2022-5FP2/I/414927/2022 dated 26.08.2022 on the subject cited above, and to clarify that these instructions are not applicable to Bus Drivers of the Transport department.
The term 'Driver' includes drivers working in various
departments/offices but does not include bus drivers of the Transport Department.
