I am directed to invite your attention on the subject cited above and to write that the State Government has decided to keep the instructions issued by the Department of Finance vide No.3/21/2016-3FPPC/505 dated 16.9.2016 held inabeyance till further orders. Hence these instructions for the time being may not be implemented in the State of Punjab.
