In the continuation to Government Letter No. 04/01/2021-5FP1/1304-1309 Dated 18-10-2021 on subject cited above, now it has been decided that the Rupnagar City shall be classified as Category 'C' for the purpose of House Rent Allowance and the Government employees posted in this city shall be entitled to House Rent Allowance @10% of the basic pay w.e.f.  01-07-2021.
