Amendment in Mobile allowance
These instructions are issued in partial amendment of the letters issued by the Department of Finance in respect of the Mobile Allowance vide its letter No. 3/28/2011-4FPII/612 Dated 03-10-2011 and No. 3/28/2011-4FPII/824 Dated 23-12-2011
2. The Government of Punjab, after careful consideration, has now decided that the Mobile Allowance admissible to all employees of the State Government shall be as under:-

2 Group - B 175
3 Group - C 150
4 Group - D 150
2. The other terms and conditions or instructions already issued in this regard shall remain unchanged.
3. These orders shall be effective from the 1st August, 2020.

Guidelines for conducting written examination for Persons with Disabilities
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਆਪ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਇਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: 3/73/2017- ਤਡਸ(ਪ.ਫ.)/5, ਮਿਤੀ 3.1.2020 ਵੱਲ ਦਿਵਾਂਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਲਿਖਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਮਨਿਸਟਰੀ ਆਫ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਐਂਡ ਇੰਮਪਾਵਰਮੈਂਟ, ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਆਫ ਡਿਸਏਬਿਲਟੀ ਅਫੇਅਰਜ਼, ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: 16-11/2003-DDIII, ਮਿਤੀ 26.2.2013 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਿਵਿਆਂਗਜਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਗਾਈਡਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਨ ਬਿੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
2. ਇਨਾਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਪਰਸੀਡ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: F. No. 34-02/2015-DD-III Dated 29-08-2018 (ਕਾਪੀ ਨੱਥੀ) ਰਾਂਹੀਂ ਦਿਵਿਆਜਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਗਾਈਜਡਲਾਈਜ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਗਾਈਡਲਾਈਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨਬਿੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
3. ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਮਨਿਸਟਰੀ ਆਫ ਸੋਸ਼ਨ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਐਂਡ ਇੰਮਪਾਰਮੈਂਟ, ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਆਫ ਇੰਮਪਾਵਰਮੈਂਟ ਆਫ ਪਰਸਨਜ਼ ਵਿਦ ਡਿਸਏਬਿਲਟੀਜ਼ (ਦਿਗਿਆਂਗਜਨ), ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: 34-02/2015-DDIII(pt), ਮਿਤੀ 1.1.2019 (ਕਾਪੀ ਨੱਥੀ) ਰਾਂਹੀਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਰਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
4. ਇਹ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਸੋਨਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ (ਪੀ.ਪੀ.3 ਸ਼ਾਖਾ) ਵਲੋਂ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: PERS-PP- 30MISC/54/2009-1PP3-1/40264/2020, ਮਿਤੀ 25.6.2020 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
