Clarification regarding transfer during Maternity Leave / Medical Leave

ਇਹ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਸੂਤਾ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਦਲੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਅਵੇਲ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਜੁਆਇਨ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਬਦਲੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੂਤਾ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਅਵੇਲ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਾਜਰੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Regarding Abortion Leave (Miscarriage Leave) of Staff working under Punjab I.C.T. Education Society

ਪਿਕਟਸ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ MATERNITY BENEFIT ACT 1961 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 9 ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ Abortion leave (Miscarriage Leave) avail ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ:-

"In the case of miscarriage, a woman shall, on production of such proof as may be prescribed, be entitled to leave with wages at the rate of maternity benefit for a period of six weeks immediately following the day of her miscarriage."

ਉਕਤ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਮੰਜੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ (ਸੈ.ਸਿ) ਹੋਣਗੇ।
