ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸੇ ਤੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ (ਵਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਸੋਨਲ-2 ਸਾਖਾ) ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੰ: 3/28/2011-4ਐਫ.ਪੀ.2/612 ਮਿਤੀ 3.10.2011 ਵੱਲ ਦਿਵਾਉਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਪੱਸਟੀਕਰਨ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ:-
ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ:3/28/2011- 4ਐਫ.ਪੀ2/612 ਮਿਤੀ 3.10.2011 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਫਿਕਸਡ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਭੱਤਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
2. ਇਹ ਭੱਤਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖੀ/ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੰਡਰਟੇਕਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਦਫਤਰ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ /ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਜੀ ਮਿਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ:-
ਉ) ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਭੱਤਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਕੁਸਲਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸਾ ਉਪਲਬੱਧ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਅ) ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ, ਹੋਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਆਮ ਪਬਲਿਕਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰਹੇਗੀ।
3. ਇਹ ਸਪਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਛੱਤਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਣ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅਨੁਸਾਸਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਆਰੰਭੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮਵਾਰੀ ਸਮਰਥ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
